It is an honor to serve as the President of the Pakistan Society of Food Scientists and Technologists (PSFST), a society that for over three decades has championed excellence in food science, technology, and innovation while fostering strong national and international collaborations.

In today's rapidly changing world, where challenges like food insecurity, malnutrition, climate change, and public health are more pressing than ever, the role of food scientists is crucial. At PSFST, we are committed to driving science-based solutions through collaboration among academia, industry, policymakers, and young researchers to build a healthier, safer, and more sustainable future.
